The result was down by 39.5% compared to a record 11,954 sales reported in March 2017!
The number of new listing entered into TREB’s MLS system totaled 14,866 which is 12.4% decreased compared to March 2017.
The average Home in the GTA sold for 784,558 $ in March 2018 which sales being down by 14.3% compared to March 2017. Despite decline, the market has been relatively stable in the last few months so that average prices up by 2.18% from the February 2018!
Also, Condo Apartment are seen to rise up in average price compared Year over Year!
Home sales are expected to be up relative to 2017 in the second half of the year. Buyers are starting to come to the market!
